You can't keep Mac files with resource-forks (apps and such) on a PC, if
you try the resource fork will be destroyed (or something).

.sit files don't have any important resource fork.

The .HQX and .bin problem should Hotline be able to take care of lie its
done on the Mac.
'Cause you don't have to make them MacBinary, do you?

just a few chat-related features to consider

ignore     I am sure this has been brought up before
colors!    give every person a random color, or allow users to set a color
to a nick, and that color is saved, so that every time the user sees that
nick, it is that color
style        same as above

name width  allow user to set the width the names are allowed to take

hmmm=8A I know I'm forgetting somethin=8A

Also, I am no longer Gul Dukat - for the most part. But you might catch me
as the Gul.

Subject: RAM Doubler and Hotline

A couple of people have reported they can't startup Hotline because it 
displays an "out of memory" error and quits.

The problem is caused by the "Quicktime~VM" extension conflicting with 
RAM Doubler.

Luckily, the latest version of QuickTime doesn't need this extension, so 
you can just trash it.
