Sorry. I thought that the people on the list might be interested in helping me out is why I sent it.. Anyways, is there any plan for improving the chat on Hotline? I think there should be some kind of list that says who is in the room, and it should say when someone enters or exits. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Subject: Re: question From: Steve Weintraub Date: Fri, 31 Jan 97 15:03:23 -0500 On 1/31/97 2:49 PM XANiLOGx@aol.com had the nerve to say... >Anyways, is there any plan for improving the chat on Hotline? To the person who was talking about getting messages out of order: this is NOT a serious problem, live with it, it may be that cheesy replies to mail b4 it gets sent, it could be that you have a pitifully bad mail server, it could be anything. if you are one of those people who seriously has a problem with this, you probably can't deal with the 20 messages or so a day, so you should get the digested version... whoa...i must be in a bad mood today...oh well... To the mail person: um...mail is not a serious priority on ANYONE's list, in fact, i would probably rather have gateways between servers than mail. give the amazingly important person your e-mail (remailed if you are paranoid) and let it rest... To everyone: I got a new chair yesterday!!!!! it f***ing rules! To hinks: How much longer til b20? we all expect you to work night and day and eventually have major medical problems with sleep deprivation until you release b20, and then we expect you to tell us all about it and then work night and day and eventually have medical problems with sleep deprivation until you release b21... May the Caffeine be with you... To all VäporOS people: the VäporOS made the back page of macaddict! check it out in ShutDown... To anyone with way too mucb time on their hands: feel free to message me about the fact that i'm writing specific messages to people and also look for punctuation errors...
