Open the application FreePPP setup.
In the lower left of the window is a small triangle. Click on this to expand the window.

Now, click on the tab labeled ACCOUNTS. Highlight UNTITLED in the Accounts window.

Username: your username

Password: your password <---case sensitive!

Now, click on the tab labeled MODEM. Highlight GENERIC MODEM then press the EDIT button.
