On the left, click on GETTING STARTED
POP ACCOUNT: username@mail.mia.net
Real Name is your real name
Connection Method is MacTCP
On the left, click on PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your Real Name is... your real name.
Your Return address is username@mia.net
Your dialup username is your username
Also make sure you are using all lower-case letters.
On the left, click on HOSTS
Your POP account is: username@mail.mia.net
Your SMTP server is: mail.mia.net
On the left, click on CHECKING MAIL
Select Send on Check and Delete from Server
Authentication should be Passwords
