Mia.Net Billing Terms

The following are the billing terms of Maria's Internet Access. Please take time to read them carefully and understand them prior to signing up as a new subscriber. If you have any questions or concerns email us at: billing@mia.net

Payment and Billing

  • All accounts must be paid in full prior to activation.
  • Accounts are billed monthly, quarterly, annually, depending on your plan.
  • Monthly Personal Accounts will be billed in advance for services starting on the that day and billed monthly from the start date of service.
  • Quarterly Accounts will be billed a for 3 months in advance and billed quarterly thereafter.
  • Annual Accounts will be billed one year in advance and yearly thereafter.
  • All Payments are made by: Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Money Order. Please make checks payable to: Bella Mia, Inc.
  • All Accounts will be continuously billed and maintained until the subscriber chooses to terminate said account.

Non-Payment Policy For ALL accounts

  • Failure to pay a bill within 10 days of the billing date, or issuing bad checks or money orders, will result in a freeze on the delinquent account until the payment clears.
  • Frozen accounts will still be active and able to receive e-mail or other files, but will be inaccessible to the account holder for the duration of the freeze.
  • Any account which remains frozen for more than one month will be terminated.
  • If your account has been disabled, you must call to be re-enabled and commit to sending payment immediately, at which time the account will be re-enabled for 3 days to allow for mail transit of the check.
  • If payment is not received within that three days, the account will stay disabled until payment is received, no exceptions.
  • Payment not received for back fees will be deleted and turned over to a collection agency after a period of 60 days.
  • Support is not available for accounts with open balances.
  • A charge of $ 5.00 will be accessed for late payments.
  • Returned check fee $ 35.00

Canceling an account

  • Official termination of an account requires the subscriber to send a signed and dated, written request, which will terminate that account at the beginning of the next billing period. Notification via email is NOT adequate
  • Termination requests are processed as they are received. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to insure that termination requests arrive prior to the next billing date. The effective date on the cancellation will not be sooner than the date you inform us of your cancellation nor sooner than the end of the subscribers original contract.
  • The subscriber is held responsible for keeping Mia informed of a valid mailing address, and understands that Mia cannot be held responsible for the intentions of a subscriber when dealing with account termination or address correction.
  • Non-payment is not a notification of cancellation, and bills due will be turned over to collections.
      Each subscriber understands that this contract represents the entirety of the agreement between that entity and Maria's Internet Access Inc. and the subscriber.

      Each subscriber further understands that the use of Maria's Internet Access and its service constitutes complete acceptance of these terms.
